is guide on how to find your pelvic floor muscles:

Step 1: Go
to the toilet and urinate.
·
Step 2: Stop
urinating when your half way through. The muscles used to stop your urine are
your pelvic floor muscles. The muscles contract every time you stop urinating.
Put two fingers in between your testicles and anus when you stop urinating and
you should be able to feel your muscles contracting.

Step 3: Now
contract the muscles when you aren’t urinating. Each contraction is called a
kegel.
Once you have located your
pelvic floor muscles you can start kegeling.
Exercise:
Squeeze your pelvic floor muscles, hold for five
seconds, and then release for two seconds. Re-pit it ten more time.
